This page identifies the operator of Yunelle and the contact responsible for product safety in the European Union. Product-specific safety and labelling requirements apply in addition. Cosmetic products are subject to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009; the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 applies only insofar as the relevant aspect or risk is not already covered by specific EU product safety rules.

The economic operator named above is established in the European Union. For products to which Art. 16 GPSR applies, Geminos Limited is the responsible person within the meaning of that provision. The separate role for cosmetics is described below. All product safety enquiries, requests from market surveillance authorities and consumer notifications can be addressed to this contact.

Manufacturer information

The products offered in this shop are marketed under the Yunelle brand. The manufacturer information applicable to the individual product must be read together with its online product offer and labelling. The roles of shop operator, manufacturer and EU responsible person are distinct; naming a person as the EU responsible person does not by itself identify that person as the manufacturer. This general contact page does not replace product-specific mandatory information.

Cosmetic products

For Yunelle cosmetic products, Geminos Limited remains the responsible person in the European Union within the meaning of Art. 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, reachable via the contact details above. The change of shop operator to Geminos Limited does not replace this EU contact with the Hong Kong registered office.

The product-specific labelling requirements include the responsible person’s name and address, the ingredient list (INCI), durability information, batch identification and applicable precautions. Please read the information and warnings for the individual product before use.

Product identification and traceability

Each product can be identified by the product name and, where applicable, the article number, batch number (LOT) or other identification element stated on the product or its packaging. Please retain the packaging in case of any safety-related enquiry, as the identification elements printed on it enable us to trace the product concerned.

Safety information, warnings and instructions for use

Warnings, safety information and instructions for use are provided on the respective product page, on the product packaging and/or in the documentation accompanying the product. Please read all product information carefully before use and use each product only as intended.

General safety notes for our cosmetic and skincare products:

  • For external use only. Do not swallow.
  • Avoid direct contact with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Do not apply to broken, irritated or damaged skin.
  • If redness, irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist.
  • If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before first use.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, unless stated otherwise on the packaging.


Reporting a safety concern or accident

If you believe that a product purchased from us presents a safety risk, has caused an accident or has led to adverse health effects, please contact us immediately:

Please include, where possible: the product name, the order number, the batch number (LOT) shown on the packaging, a description of the incident and, if available, photos. We investigate every safety notification, respond without undue delay and, where required, inform the competent market surveillance authorities in accordance with our obligations under the GPSR.

Product recalls and safety notices

In the event of a product recall or a safety warning concerning a product sold in this shop, we will inform affected customers directly using the contact details provided with their order and will publish a corresponding notice in this shop. Where Art. 37 GPSR applies, consumers affected by a recall are entitled to an effective, cost-free and timely remedy in accordance with that provision. Your statutory rights in relation to unsafe or defective products remain unaffected.

Information in online product offers (Art. 19 GPSR)

Where Art. 19 GPSR applies, the online offer must clearly and visibly provide the manufacturer’s name and postal and electronic contact details, the relevant EU responsible person’s details when the manufacturer is outside the EU, information identifying the product, and applicable warnings or safety information. Information on packaging alone does not replace required information in an online offer. The specific rules applicable to cosmetics remain unaffected.
