Information pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (General Product Safety Regulation – GPSR), applicable since 13 December 2024. This page provides the mandatory information on product safety and on the economic operator responsible for the products sold in this online shop.

Unless a different manufacturer is stated on the product, the product page or the packaging, the responsible economic operator named above acts as the manufacturer within the meaning of the GPSR and can be contacted at the address given above.

Where a product identifies a third-party manufacturer, that manufacturer's name and postal address are stated on the product, its packaging or the accompanying documentation.

Cosmetic products

Cosmetic products offered in this shop are additionally subject to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. For these products, the name and address of the responsible person within the meaning of Art. 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, the list of ingredients (INCI), the durability information and any applicable warnings are indicated on the product packaging and/or the respective product page.

Product identification and traceability

Each product can be identified by the product name and, where applicable, the article number, batch number (LOT) or other identification element stated on the product or its packaging. Please retain the packaging in case of any safety-related enquiry, as the identification elements printed on it enable us to trace the product concerned.

Safety information, warnings and instructions for use

Warnings, safety information and instructions for use are provided on the respective product page, on the product packaging and/or in the documentation accompanying the product. Please read all product information carefully before use and use each product only as intended.

General safety notes for our cosmetic and skincare products:

  • For external use only. Do not swallow.
  • Avoid direct contact with the eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Do not apply to broken, irritated or damaged skin.
  • If redness, irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist.
  • If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before first use.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, unless stated otherwise on the packaging.

Please include, where possible: the product name, the order number, the batch number (LOT) shown on the packaging, a description of the incident and, if available, photos. We investigate every safety notification, respond without undue delay and, where required, inform the competent market surveillance authorities in accordance with our obligations under the GPSR.

Product recalls and safety notices

In the event of a product recall or a safety warning concerning a product sold in this shop, we will inform affected customers directly using the contact details provided with their order and will publish a corresponding notice in this shop. Consumers affected by a recall are entitled to an effective, cost-free and timely remedy in accordance with Art. 37 GPSR (repair, replacement or refund).
