How long takes the shipping?

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped within 24 hours. The delivery time depends on your country. Here are the expected rates for all countries:

United States:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

Germany:
Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Europe:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

International:
Standard Shipping: 9-14 business days
Express Shipping: 7-10 business days

Some products have longer shipping times than our usual rates. If this is the case, it's mentioned on the product's description page.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over 50€!

For orders below 50€ a flat shipping fee of 4.95€ applies.

In a few countries, the shipping fee may vary slightly. You’ll see the exact amount at the checkout.

How to return an item if I don't like it?

Simply contact our support team, and we’ll provide you with the return instructions. Once we receive the item back, you’ll get a full refund.

Please make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Who bears the return costs?

We cover the return shipping costs for most countries!

The eligibility for free returns depends on your location, but in most cases, we pay the return shipping fees.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.

You can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
